Does Hacking is illegal?

 In many movies and shows we have seen police chasing and tracking hackers which creates a stereotype that hacking is illegal, But it is not 100% true.

Hacking is illegal?

Hacking is both legal and illegal. When a person breaks into a system with the permission of owner to find loopholes and vulnerability in system to help in making system more secured, these kind of hackers are known as ethical hackers and white hat hackers and they work legally. But, When a person breaks into a system without the permission of owner for there own benefit or for any malicious activity  they are known as un-ethical hackers, crackers and black hat hackers. These kind of hacking is illegal and considered as Cyber crime.

What kind of hacking I should do?

You should learn hacking and do hacking for public welfare and help big companies and services to make there products and services more secured. In short you should do ethical hacking.

Can I earn while doing ethical hacking?

Yes you can definitely, companies hire ethical hackers to do hacking to make their services more safe. Even you can get bounty for reporting any loophole, MNC's like Google, Microsoft, Apple, etc. give very big bounties and sometimes also offer jobs in there companies.
