My views:
According to me Microsoft rewards is better, it's because although opinion rewards take less time to answer surveys and get rewarded, but many a times surveys don't even come for months, and some users have also faced that they have never received any survey while for Microsoft rewards you just have to surf over internet using edge and you will get points.
